Hlee and Xiong are siblings, who grew up in the greater Providence area all their lives. Hlee has a passion for architecture. Her experience with event planning and management is what will make you feel at ease with her. Her goal is her ability to represent your best interest though the company. Being raised with a family of 12, Hlee learned from an early age what it was to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values, which gave her the courage to go into real estate. Xiong graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree and has always had an inspiration for flipping homes since he was 10 yrs. old. The 1990s TV show “Home Improvement” with Tim Allen and Bob Vila’s “Home Again” was an inspiration for him to be hands-on throughout his childhood and to one day building his dream home.
After many years diving into different aspects of career, we decided to pool our individual talents and create a business that focuses on doing what we all love most – sharing our commitment to making an impactful difference in the lives of others through real estate! Their life struggles of living in poverty and wanting to help others get out of stressful situations is one of their gifts. For years, all of us dreamed of creating our own real estate business, but didn’t know how it would work. We just knew we had to start somewhere; so we just jumped right in, and decided to make our dream a reality.
As we began to develop the company and carve our niche in the big world of real estate, we quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee. So we decided to create a set of companies – where in collaboration with one another, they would offer a package of real estate services under one large umbrella, known as “F1rst Shield Property Solutions”.
